Ian Hickson Weekly QA Status
Week Ending 2001-04-20
Accomplishments for this week:
- Worked on some DOM test cases for the CSS2Properties interface
(tests currently only available on my website but
once they are stable I'll copy them to Bubblegum).
- Found some reliable steps to help debug the very hard to
reproduce bug 76024.
- Did some peer review of the loaderman source, suggesting
improvements and fixing bugs.
- Suggested improvements to the patch on bug 77002 (in addition
to those comments on the bug) that make it work for XML and XUL as
well, thus improving UI perceived performance.
- Performed complete test-run of builds (all ~366 CSS tests).
- Performed 74 bug modifications / comments / triage / etc.
- Continued prioritising the most important layout-orientated compliance bugs.

Goals for this week not met due to the plethora of events and problems listed above.
Goals for next week:
- Next week I will concentrate on creating more DOM2 testcases. Assuming I get no disagreement from the working group, I aim to complete the CSS2Properties sanity tests and work on some more reading access sanity tests.
Upcoming Time Off:
- The next CSS working group face-to-face is at the end of May.
