The Hixie Marker System
=======================

Only Hixie is allowed to add, remove or change Hixie Markers. Thanks
for your cooperation.

The markers and their meanings are:

  [Hixie-P0]   Important bug unrelated to standards compliance.
  [Hixie-P1]   Very high priority standards compliance bug.
  [Hixie-P2]   Moderately high priority standards compliance bug.
  [Hixie-P3]   Quite high priority standards compliance bug.
  [Hixie-P4]   High priority standards compliance bug.
  [Hixie-P5]   Medium priority standards compliance bug.
  [Hixie-PF]   Low priority standards compliance bug.

  [Hixie-B]    Bounty Bug. I will buy the fixer of this bug dinner.

  [Hixie-1.0]  Bugs that MUST be fixed to ship Mozilla 1.0.

Note that [Hixie-P1], [Hixie-B] and [Hixie-1.0] are not always
together on a bug. For example, a *feature* I consider very important
may not be a feature that is required to ship a product (namely
Mozilla 1.0), and a *bug* that I consider only moderately important
may be serious enough to not want to ship to a large number of users
due to its potentially large impact on the web.

Similarly, my "pet bugs" may not be those I consider important or
those that I think should be fixed at all costs.
